I had two versions of the PCB on a project that I hadn't used for a while. I deleted what I thought was the version that I wasn't using, but I was wrong. I can't find the file in recovery or anything. Is there any way to get it back?

If you are using the Desktop Client and still cannot recover your file then you may be able to recover it from your hard drive by using the Photorec option of this excellent free and open source software:

It is a bit tricky to learn so try creating an easy to identify file, deliberately deleting it then recovering it using Photorec.
