Prevent Parts from Moving when Importing Changes?

How do you prevent parts from moving when you import changes from schematic? I locked the component and it still moves and rotates when I import changes from schematic.  Thanks

@andyfierman Ok, so when I reset the ID's before importing changes the part didn't move.  Interesting Not sure what is going on but I will just do that before I import changes from now on.

@barkster, As described in the link, this happens if you edit a PCB first created before V6.4.7.
