Track not selectable or editable

I have an issue with one of my projects. I can not select or edit existing tracks. I tried to unlock all elements but that was not the problem. I am sure I am missing something because it is only happening to only one of my projects. I have not located an option to stop this from happening. I am currently using the online editor and I tried this in Chrome and Firefox. I have not tried the the desktop app yet. Any help would be appreciated! George.

@UserSupport, @brodix32, I took a copy of George's project and can confirm that what UserSupport pointed out was the cause of the tracks not being selectable or editable.
