Update PCD needs to redesign complete board

I have adjusted a wire and shape in the schema. If I now click update PCB I have to place all components on the PCB again. Is it possible that just the net and one component are adjusted? Can't find this in the manual. Locked the component on the PCB also does not help. Thanks, Colin
