Hello ; JLCPCB SMT Assembly service support only the parts available in our [SMT Parts library](https://jlcpcb.com/parts) , in order to avoid any sort of Assembly issues and parts quality we do not use parts from out of our stocks so if the part is messing in our library then we suggest to find an available alternative. Since you are searching for an MCU then I think that an alternative will be a slightly different! After searching in LCSC stock it seems that the part you are looking for is not even available there and it is "discontinued". A similar MCU has been stored before in JLCPCB stock ([C468260) ](https://lcsc.com/product-detail/ST-Microelectronics_STMicroelectronics-STM32F413RGT6_C468260.html/?href=jlc-SMT)  its reference is STM32F413RGT6 similar to STM32F413ZH but with smaller Flash memory size. So maybe JLCPCB will stored back again. You can assemble the available parts using JLCPCB SMT Assembly service and the messed parts you can order them and solder them yourself.
